Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail box accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your email mailbox accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mail accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just select the e-mailbox you would like to forward e-mails from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
